Due to the nature of our products and the intention behind each purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All sales made through The Higher Her are considered final.
Every item is created with care and packaged with intention, and we ask that you carefully review all product details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@thehigherher.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.
Digital Products
All digital downloads, e-books, templates, and guides are non-refundable. Once purchased, they are yours for life.
Pre-Orders
Please note that all pre-orders are also final sale. If there is a delay in production or shipping, we will communicate updates directly via email.
